Duo Design
The two designers Emiel Vaessen (1958) and Gert Jan Vogel (1960) met at the Acadamy of Visual Arts in Rotterdam. After graduating from the department of interior and furniture design they started together in 1985 the design agency Duo Design.
Duo Design specializes in the design, development and productions of its own line of interior products.
Simplicity of design, subtle details and the application of high quality materials lend the products an unmistakable "Duo Design" signature.
The collection is sold in a large number of countries and various designs from Duo Design are included in the collection of a number of museums of modern art and design.
