Bjorn Dahlstrom

Bjorn Dahlstrom is among Scandinavia’s most successful names in graphic and industrial design.Dahlstrom founded his own design company in 1982,focusing on graphic design.
Today, Dahlstrom mainly concentrates on industrial design.Bjorn Dahlstrom works both two- and three dimensionally.The wide range of products he has designed comprises furniture,cookware, toys, bicycles, drills and other construction equipment. The list of his clients includes such well known companies as Atlas, Copco, Magis, Krups and Iittala. Dahlstrom has also held a professorship at the Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design and has taught at the Beckmans College of Design in Stockholm.
Dahlstrom works in Stockholm and has over the years established himself internationally. In 2001, he was awarded the Torsten and Wanja Soderberg design prize, one of the most prestigious Nordic design prizes.
