Sales Tax
Counterpoint Home charges 6.875% sales tax for purchases made in Minnesota. According to MN law we are obligated to include the cost of shipping in the total amount taxed.
You are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the internet.


Order Cancellations
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for the cancellation of an order that has been processed and packed. All furniture orders and special orders are final sales and cannot be cancelled. Counterpoint Home reserves the right to cancel orders that are misleading and violate our policies.

Shipping Rates and Policies
Orders are packed and shipped within two business days and normally arrive within 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email when your order has been shipped. Please review our shipping rates listed below:

**Free shipping does not include items referred to above and applies only within the continental U.S. using FedEx Ground/Home Delivery or Priority Mail.
FedEx shipping requires a street number and correct zip code. Priority mail can be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For special orders, shipping information will be listed on the order confirmation page. FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Saver (3 Day) deliveries are available for all orders except furniture and special orders for an extra charge based on current FedEx rates. Saturday deliveries to a business are also an extra charge however, FedEx Home Delivery operates Tuesday - Saturday with Saturday deliveries included. Please note that Express deliveries require an adult signature.

Alaska and Hawaii
Items will require a quote and be shipped via USPS or FedEx. All rates are based on current Priority Mail or FedEx rates.

Puerto Rico and Canada
Items will require a quote and be shipped via USPS or FedEx. All rates are based on actual current USPS Priority mail rate table. Customs documents are required of both these destinations and any taxes, duties or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

International Orders
International Orders will ship FedEx or USPS and require shipping quotes. To acquire a quote on international shipping we will require an address and phone number. Any taxes and/or customs brokerage costs added by another country are the sole responsibility of the customer as are the costs of return shipping. Counterpoint Home cannot ship furniture outside the United States.

All rates are based on current Priority Mail or FedEx rate tables.

Special Orders
All special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please be aware that some orders have special lead-times, which Counterpoint Home cannot guarantee.


Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on all items except sale and special order items. Store credit will be issued for returns that are returned in original packaging materials and are unused. Receipts must be attached.
Please note that all returns must receive "return authorization" via email or telephone prior to being returned. We will provide you with return/exchange information via email or telephone.
Store credit is good for one year only. After one year it is voided and forfeited. Please note that we cannot reimburse shipping charges to or from Counterpoint Home.

Damaged or Defective Items
Although we do our best to ensure the safe arrival of your order, shipping accidents do happen and we kindly ask that you carefully inspect your shipment when it arrives. If you find that your goods have been damaged, please do not throw out any packaging and notify us immediately as FedEx will only accept claims filed within 14 days. Claims made after 14 days cannot be accepted. Packing materials must be kept until FedEx has made their inspection.
Furniture must be inspected at the time of delivery and problems must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery. We will contact the manufacturer and advise you by telephone.

Warranties
Purchased products that carry a manufacturer's warranty are not returnable as they covered by the terms of the warranty. Repair or replacement is at the discretion of the manufacturer. If you need a copy of a product warranty, please call us at 888-280-6419.
